Data Processing Agreement

1. Background

Between PLANIT INNOVATIONS UK LTD (Company number: 17071896, registered at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE) (Processor) and you (Controller) under UK GDPR Article 28. Part of our Terms of Service.

2. Processing

We process data solely to provide TILE: storing, organising, retrieving, displaying your data.

3. Data Categories

• Client names and contacts
• Project addresses
• Fee and payment info
• Communications
• Uploaded documents

4. Processor Obligations

• Process only on your instructions
• Confidentiality for all personnel
• Appropriate security measures
• Assist with data subject requests
• Breach notification without undue delay
• Delete/return data within 30 days of termination

5. Sub-Processors

• Supabase — database
• Anthropic — AI
• Stripe — payments
• Netlify — hosting
• Google — optional integrations

We notify of sub-processor changes before they take effect.

6. International Transfers

SCCs or adequacy decisions where data leaves UK.

7. Your Obligations

Ensure lawful basis for data input and appropriate privacy notices.

8. Governing Law

England and Wales.
